The company
SEC is a cooperative of technicians with experience in the sector of Electromedicine founded at the end of the year 2002.
After 25 years of experience in the electromedicine sector, and detecting the low profitability of the after-sales services of the companies importing medical material, the concern arises to solve this problem. Thus arises the idea of uniting the technical services, the professionals, the instruments and the knowledge that will be necessary to give a good service to the companies; Convinced that the economic solution goes to outsource this service.
So far there was no company that could provide these services in a professional and serious manner. There were only a few self-employed technicians who, with few means, tried to repair some equipment.
Given this market need, SEC is born “Electromedical Services of Catalonia”.
How do we do?
It works with an official technical service of the client that contracts.
All repairs have three months warranty, so the material is replenished as labor..
Using receipts after sales service company contracted by the client that can be supplied with its format and its logo.
In all repairs place original spare parts, equipment repaired and checked, cleaned and delivered to clients in an appropriate wrapper, take care at all times presenting it.
